SMOKE BARRIER

Any continuous non-combustible CONSTRUCTION, vertical, horizontal, or otherwise, such as a wall, floor, or ceiling assembly, that is designed and constructed to restrict the spread of smoke and constructed in accordance with the provisions of section 27-353.3 of this code. Local Law 26-2004.
