SIDEWALK CAFE

A SIDEWALK CAFE is a portion of an eating or drinking place that is located on a public sidewalk, as defined in Section 20-223, subdivision (a), of the Administrative Code, and is either an ENCLOSED, UNENCLOSED or SMALL SIDEWALK CAFE, as defined in this Section.
