The SPECIAL HUDSON YARDS DISTRICT is a Special Purpose District designated by the letters "HY" in which special regulations set forth in Zoning Resolution Article IX, Chapter 3, apply to all “developments”. The SPECIAL HUDSON YARDS DISTRICT appears on the “ZONING MAPS” superimposed on other districts and its regulations supplement and supersede those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
