SPECIAL MADISON AVENUE PRESERVATION DISTRICT

The SPECIAL MADISON AVENUE PRESERVATION DISTRICT is a Special purpose District designated by the letters "MP" in which special regulations set forth in Zoning Resolution Article IX, Chapter 9, apply to all
“developments”. The SPECIAL MADISON AVENUE PRESERVATION DISTRICT and its regulations supplement or supersede those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
