The SPECIAL SOUTH RICHMOND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT is a Special Purpose District designated by the letters "SR" in which special regulations set forth in Zoning Resolutuion Article X, Chapter 7, apply to all “developments” or “site alterations” or subdivision of “zoning lots”. The “SPECIAL SOUTH RICHMOND DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT appears on the “ZONING MAPS” superimposed on other districts, and its regulations supplement or modify those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
