A SPECIAL TRANSIT LAND USE DISTRICT is a Special Purpose District designated by the letters "TA" in which special regulations set forth in Zoning Resolution Article IX, Chapter 5, apply to all “developments”. The SPECIAL TRANSIT LAND USE DISTRICT and its regulations supplement or supersede those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
