The SPECIAL UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT is a Special Purpose District designated by the letter "U" in which special regulations set forth in Zoning Resolutuion Article VIII, Chapter 5, apply. The SPECIAL UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT appears on the “ZONING MAPS” superimposed on other districts, and where indicated, its regulations supersede those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
