OUTER COURT

Any open area, other than a YARD or portion thereof, that is unobstructed from its lowest level to the sky and that, except for an outer court opening upon a street line, a front yard, or a rear yard, is bounded by either building walls or building walls and one or more LOT LINES other than a street line.
