INNER COURT

Any open area, other than a YARD or portion thereof, that is unobstructed from its lowest level to the sky and that is bounded by either building walls, or building walls and one or more LOT LINES other than a street line or building walls, except for one opening on any open area along an INTERIOR LOT LINE that has a width of less than thirty feet at any point.
