FRONTAGE SPACE

A street; or an open space outside of a building, not less than thirty feet in any dimension, that is accessible from a street by a driveway, lane, or alley at least twenty feet in width, and that is permanently maintained free of all obstructions that might interfere with its use by the fire department.
