An ATTACHED BUILDING is a BUILDING that abuts two LOT LINES other than a STREET LINE. Where a BUILDING shares a party wall with another BUILDING on an adjoining ZONING LOT, each such party wall shall be considered as a wall abutting a LOT LINE.
