The SPECIAL LINCOLN SQUARE DISTRICT is a Special Purpose District designated by the letter "L" in which special regulations set forth in Zoning Resolution Article VIII, Chapter 2, apply to all “developments”. The SPECIAL LINCOLN SQUARE DISTRICT appears on the “ZONING MAPS” superimposed on other districts, and its regulations supplement those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
