The SPECIAL LITTLE ITALY DISTRICT is a Special Purpose District designated by the letters "LI " in which special regulations, set forth in Zoning Resolution Article X, Chapter 9, apply to all “developments”, “enlargements”, changes of “use”, “extensions” and alterations as set forth therein. The SPECIAL LITTLE ITALY DISTRICT and its regulations supplement or supersede those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
