SPECIAL LONG ISLAND CITY MIXED USE DISTRICT

The SPECIAL LONG ISLAND CITY MIXED USE DISTRICT is a Special urpose District The SPECIAL LONG ISLAND CITY MIXED USE DISTRICT is a Special urpose District designated with the letters "LIC" in which reulations set forth in Zoning ResolutionArticle XI, Chapter 7, apply. There are three special subdistricts within the “Special Long Island City Mixed Use District”: the Hunters Point Subdistrict, the Court Square Subdistrict and the Queens Plaza Subdistrict. The SPECIAL LONG ISLAND CITY MIXED USE DISTRICT and its regulations supplement, modify and supersede those of the districts on which it is superimposed.
